What is Kultike’s return & exchange policy?

Kultlike and sellers accepts returns of products sold on a case-by-case basis. Before purchasing any product from any seller (including Kultlike), please read and review their respective return policy listed on the product page.

 

Non-returnable Products

If a product is listed on the product page as a “final sale” product, Kultlike and/or such seller shall not accept returns for such products, unless such product is defective.

 

Defective Products


In the event a product is defective (whether or not it is a “final sale product), please contact Kultlike at support@Kultlike.com within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the defective product; subject to the applicable seller’s return policy for defective products, products will either be replaced by the applicable seller or such buyer shall be issued a full refund when such defective product is returned and received by the applicable seller.

 

Returnable Products

Returnable products purchased from any seller (including Kultlike) are returnable for store credit within 7 days of receiving the product. Buyer pays return shipping unless otherwise stated in return policy on the product page. Please send an email to returns@kultlike.com and we will arrange your return with you. Upon Kultlike’s and/or such seller’s receipt of the product, you will receive store credit (excluding return shipping cost).

 

Exchangeable Products

If you need to exchange a product, simply place a new order for the correct product after you have completed your return and received store credit.
